The University of the Philippines Visayas Campus – Cebu is doing it again — they’re not just gonna showcase their brains this time! Anyway, in line with UP’s upcoming centennial celebration, they’ve lined up “Miss UP Cebu Beauty Pageant“ to spice up this year’s celebration.
