The First Bite: A Blogger Lifestyle Party!

Aug. 14, 2009—The Cebu Bloggers Society went partying and bonding in an awesome exclusive lifestyle party spruced up by the staff of AboitizLand Inc.

The real estate development arm of the Aboitiz Group invited the growing Cebu online community to a night of cocktails, games, prizes, and first-hand experience of an urban lifestyle party right inside one of its upscale residential development projects—Pristina North in Talamban, Cebu City.

Some core members of the Cebu Bloggers Society and the Skyscraper City attended the event meant to get the partygoers updated of Cebu’s latest urban scenes.

The party started off with a tour and presentation of Pristina North, a 32-hectare integrated residential community located 8.5 kilometers away from the bustling district.

The Cebu Bloggers Society was also introduced to AboitizLand’s upcoming urban village in M.J. Cuenco Ave. in Mabolo, Cebu City called The Persimmon. An integrated commercial and residential development, The Persimmon is a 1.4-hectare enclave with four 15-storey mid-rise towers. It is equipped with various amenities, including separate pools for adults and kids, a clubhouse, function room, multi-purpose court, game room, landscaped open spaces, and commercial area fronting the residential enclave.

The bloggers, after an exhausting but enjoyable tour of Pristina North, were indulged with appetizing foods, drinks, and desserts set in urban style at the venue’s clubhouse. After dinner, the Cebu Bloggers Society and Skyscraper City were entertained to a night filled with LED dancers, games (Beer Transfer, Buzz word, and Pera o Bayong), and taglines on the Freedom Wall. Blogger Kevin Ray Chua bagged the best line with “Aboitiz everyday, everyday okay!”

The blogger lifestyle party ended with lots of freebies and beer along with the promise between Cebu Bloggers Society and AboitizLand Inc. to keep in touch. Cheers!
