Not only is it affordable, the food is also worth every penny. The food choices are not limited and not the usual food offered unlike other buffets.

This quaint restaurant is conveniently located at the Ground Floor of AVON Plaza Building in Osmena Boulevard, Cebu City. It’s right across Shamrock, near Cebu Doctors Hospital and Capitol Building.

Merillas Resto is also a perfect place where you can celebrate private gatherings for birthday parties, reunions, meetings, baptism and more. They have special packages available for you! Their air-conditioned venue can hold as much as 70 persons.
