Tolima is in the foothills of the Central Mountain range, one of the three branches of the Colombian Andes. Colombia San Fermin, a fully washed coffee growing at high elevations of 1600-2000 meters, delivers a sparkling acidity with tropical papaya notes and black currant as refreshing iced as it is when served hot.
