Best Cebu Blogs Awards Celebrates 10th Year, Co-Presented by Megaworld Corporation and PLDT HOME

When I founded Cebu Bloggers Society last February 2008, I then created an online awarding for Cebu-based Bloggers later that year. My aim was to lift up the self-esteem and confidence of these Bloggers. Look, how time flies fast! The only awarding Body for Bloggers here in Cebu or maybe in the country is already 10 years old. Co-presented by Property Giant, Megaworld Corporation, and PLDT Home, Best Cebu Blogs Awards will hold its 10 Year Awards Night at Cebu Parklane International Hotel.

Last October 22, the nomination phase has ended. After which, the organizers did test each of the nominated blogs using their SEO Web Analyzer tool which can detect issues and what are the factors that need to be improved on a blog or website. In addition, this tool also gives a total score of the website which was their basis to pick the top three finalists for Best Cebu Blogs Awards 2017.

On December 3, the 10th Awards Night will reveal the Winners under different Niches such as Best Cebu Technology Blog, Best Cebu Personal Blog, Best Cebu Travel Blog, Best Cebu Food Blog, Best Cebu Style Blog, Best Cebu Photo Blog and Best Cebu Entertainment Blog and the newly added, Best Cebu Video Blog. In the addition, BCBA will also award Best Creative Writing In A Blog by Memoriter Writing Services, Megaworld’s Top Cebu Blogger of 2017 to the best online writers. I will also choose one deserving Blogger who will be named as “Founder’s Choice” and will receive the coveted Oppo F3 Smartphone and a trophy.
