Blogger’s Contest Guidelines
1. The blog must not be less than 500 words and should contain the 3 major value propositions of The Persimmon Studios
a. Affordability/Easy to own: as low as P7,888/month with no spot down payments,
b. Fully furnished studio units
c. Professionally designed interiors
*Blog could also include details about The Persimmon Studios Launch Party that will be held on July 13, 2012
2. Submission of blogs must be done online through your blog, through publicizing the blog post on your Facebook and by sending us a link through email to the publicized post on FB. We will then trace the link and we will be the one to share it on The Persimmon Studios (Official) FB page.
3. Links will be posted on The Persimmon Studios (Official) FB page as soon as we receive your email with the links to your entry.
· Please note that the measuring of the “reach” of the post will only be limited to what will appear on the link we will share on our FB page. (number of organic vs. viral views, etc.)
· We are giving the bloggers the freedom to choose when to post their write-up. It is their prerogative to think about the contingencies of their posting. But note the possibility that the earlier the post will appear, there could be a wider audience reach.
4. Email entries to danielle.aballe@aboitiz.com. Deadline of submission of entries will be on July 27, 2012 12MN.
5. We will only consider the “reach” that will be recorded on the link that we will post on our FB page by 4PM of August 10, 2012.
6. AboitizLand employees and relatives up to the 4th degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the contest.
Judging of Entries:
1. The blogs will be judged according the following parameters:
· Content 50% – must be original, must pass copy scope
· creativity/presentation 20% – overall layout (arrangement of content and pictures)
· reach (number of likes, reshares, comments) 30% – as seen in the official Facebook page of The Persimmon Studios Official
2. Contest period will run from July 14, 2012- August 10, 2012.
3. The winning entries will be announced by August 15, 2012.
4. Grand winner will be awarded with P5,000.00 pesos in cash. 3 other Finalists will be awarded GC’s worth P1,000.00 each
5. The Surprise prize will be revealed soon.
