Pit Senyor, foodies! Welcome to PANDA PLATES: Sinulog Edition

One thing that can be considered equal to the beat of drums in Sinulog is the sound of cracking lechon skin and clanking glasses. This year, a select number of Food and Lifestyle Bloggers and Content Creators Circle of Cebu Bloggers Society  (CBS) had a terrific opportunity to participate in the PANDA PLATES: Sinulog Edition, a food crawl, which was specially organized by foodpanda Philippines in association with the CBS

Pit Senyor, foodies! Welcome to PANDA PLATES: Sinulog Edition

We gradually went around the city in a whole-day food tasting. Whether you are a local food lover or a tourist for the festival, this is the ultimate itinerary that we followed!

🍗 11 AM: The Holy Grail of Brunch
Location: Cebu’s Tasty Lechon – Banilad

No way you can start a food crawling trip to Cebu with anything else but the "Star of the Show." The day started brightly at Cebu's Tasty Lechon. There is a certain quality to the perfectly seasoned juicy meat which really does not recommend any sauce. It was the right stamina for the exhausting day to come!

☕ 1 PM: Sweet Treats & Caffeine Fix
Location: Abaca Baking Company – Ayala Center Cebu (4th Floor)

After the savory richness of the lechon, we headed to Abaca for some much-needed "me time" with sugar and caffeine. Their pastries are legendary for a reason—flaky, buttery, and exactly what you need while taking a break from the mall crowds.

🌯 3 PM: The Mid-Day Mediterranean Craving
Location: Jafar’s – Vibo Place

By mid-afternoon, we wanted something flavorful but easy to eat. Jafar’s never misses! Their shawarma and rice bowls are a staple for anyone who loves bold spices. It’s the perfect "grab-and-go" vibe if you're exploring the Escario area.

🍕 4:30 PM: The Quick Pick-Up
Location: Alberto’s Pizza – Lahug

One of my favorite parts of the crawl was highlighting the foodpanda Pick-Up feature. We swung by Alberto’s Pizza in Lahug. No waiting in line—just ordered on the app, walked in, and grab.

🕰️ 6PM - CLOSING/SOCIALS
📍Good Habits - ABC Hotel, Ramos

As the sun sets, the atmosphere shifts at Good Habits, tucked away in the ABC Hotel on Ramos. From 6 PM until closing, the space transforms into the ultimate social sanctuary where the rich, bold aroma of craft coffee meets the buttery, flaky perfection of artisanal pastries. Whether you’re unwinding after a long day with a velvety latte or indulging in a late-night treat, it’s the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations and cozy city vibes.

We are very grateful to foodpanda and CBS for this! Checking the foodpanda app for the best deals and the most convenient ways to satisfy your cravings is a must-do if you are out and about this festival season.
