Lapu-Lapu Food Festival Featured Hotel Food at Street Food Rates
The Liberty Shrine was filled with an awesome crowd last April 19 because the Lapu-Lapu Food Festival was opened once again. It offered world-class hotel food in rates that anyone could afford.

Participants of the Food Festival are the resorts that are situated in Mactan. Some of the resorts that made it to the Lapu-Lapu Food Festival are Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa, Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, Goldberry Suites and Hotel, Crimson Hotel, and Movenpick just to name a few.
Each station has something to offer for everybody. Local delicacies and well-loved street food were for everybody’s delight and the best part of Lapu-Lapu Food Festival is its affordability.
Lapu-Lapu Food Festival Food Options
The Lapu-Lapu Food Festival rates are all Php 100 or below. An example would be Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa’s roasted shoulder bathed in adobo sauce. It was only Php 85!
If your pocket only had Php 70, Imperial Palace could have saved your day with their Kawali Crackling Pork paired with rice.
If Mexican cuisine was your craving, Portofino Beach and Resort featured various dishes that was only Php 95.
A good sausage with rice will fill the meat lover’s belly with sumptuousness. Goldberry Suites had it for only Php 99.
Alta Village Garden Resort on the other hand had Quail Mongolian for Php 75 and organic wheat bread for Php 100.
For those who love to order food which is good for 3-4 persons, El Sueño gave out their Ox Tongue Sisig which was only Php 350.
After a sumptuous dinner, one would crave for desserts to close the gustatory experience. One can already have his sweettooth filled with sugar-rush for as low as Php 20! Party pops, shakes, and various comfort food will surely make your day!

Security was assuring because Lapu-Lapu City Government deployed more or less 20 policemen and other volunteer groups in the Liberty Shrine.
